Mustangs, Our Living Legends. They are small naturalized horses of the Western Plains, descended from horses brought in by the Spanish explorers in the 1500's. (Wild Mustangs reached Nebraska by the 1680's).

Imagine hooves thundering in the distance, the ground trembles and then over the top of the rise they come. Full gallop, manes flowing in the early morning breeze. Nostrils flaring, heads tossing - bucking and playing they enjoy the crispness of the air....FREEDOM!

At 3-Strikes Ranch, we provide a natural environment for wild Mustangs, as well as assistance for horses in need. We have over 200 wild Mustangs that run in their own bands across the prairies of the Sand Hills. Horses are what the 3-Strikes Ranch is all about...
